Shipping Locations

Beantown Brand currently ships only within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Orders)

For shipments to Canada, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Beantown Brand is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cs@chillybears.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
